Frank James Sensenbrenner sponsored HR 4437 (The Border Protection, Anti-terrorism, and Illegal Immigration Control Act of 2005). The protest against HR 4437 culminated on May 1, 2006 (International Worker's Day) when nearly one million people peacefully protested within the streets. This book is a philosophical investigation of that protest and an account of a politics of discrimination. |
